Software Consulting, Sales, Installation & Configuration If you already know what software you need, we can acquire it for you at the best prices. If you are not sure what you need, we will sit down with you, find out what your knowledge level is, what your goals are and then recommend the software we feel will best meet your needs. We review each program sent to us by software vendors. As newer versions are released, we repeat the review process. No program is perfect. However, the programs we recommend our customers use come the closest of any we have reviewed. We strenuously test the features, strengths and weaknesses of each program on a number of machines to see what machine speed works best with it. Our lead consultant has work experience both as a bookkeeper and as a software tester. She has built a number of fictitious "test businesses" that are used with each program. When a program allows accounting to be either cash or accrual based, she tests both ways. She verifies that the reports generated by the programs are accurate, that the charging, discounting and collection cycles work properly, that charges and credits are applied correctly to ledgers, that the databases are reliable. We recommend programs that have passed our testing and we feel are user friendly, simple to use, yet reliable, robust, versatility, cost effective, and whose technical support is good and reasonably priced. If you choose to purchase your software through us you will pay the same price as you would buying directly from the software maker. In other words, the software company pays our commission. We do not mark up our software sales to you.
