Our computer specialists will sit down with you and help you determine what your computer, telecommunications and office equipment needs are now and for the next few years. Then we can either assist you in sourcing that equipment or we can act as your purchasing agents ... then install & configure the equipment ... and train your employees if need be.

All computers and related equipment should be thoroughly cleaned at least twice a year. Why? Well for one thing, you know that fan you hear running whenever your computer is turned on? It blows air INTO the machine, not out. Over time dust builds up inside the computer. Enough dust and you end up with short circuits happening. Result? Damaged or dead electronic equipment.

Then there are the operating system issues. All computer hard drives should be checked periodically for "orphan" and temporary files that take up space,  are no longer needed, and which cause the machine's performance to slow down. This is not a job for the amateur. Delete the wrong files and you are again dead in the water and in need to some serious technical support.

Our hardware technical staff has over 10 years of experience building, networking, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing computers. Our people are conscious of the need to keep a business open and running smoothly during business hours. That is why we schedule all non-emergency work for a time that is convenient for YOU! (Like before or after normal business hours) And we don't charge you extra for that consideration. Scheduled service and or installation calls that are before or after your normal working hours are charged at our standard rates.
